By accessing and using the Tawazon Feed Formulation System ('Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description & Disclaimers

Tawazon provides mathematical optimization tools for feed formulation. While our algorithms (Linear Programming) are mathematically precise, biological results in livestock may vary due to environmental factors, raw material quality, and farm management.

The Service is provided 'as is' for professional consulting purposes. Tawazon is not liable for operational or financial losses resulting from the execution of the generated formulations.

3. Subscription & Payments

Subscriptions are billed annually. Payments are processed securely via our merchant of record (Lemon Squeezy). Subscription fees are non-refundable once the service has been utilized or formulation data has been generated.

4. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all custom raw materials and constraints you input into your private workspace. The core mathematical engines, default matrices, and system architecture remain the exclusive intellectual property of Tawazon.
